NOTICE OF AGM

Wednesday, 18 December 2024, 6pm

Location Palmwoods Hotel, Main Street, Palmwoods.

Business to be conducted:

• Reading of the Notice concerning the meeting;

• Confirm last AGM minutes;

• Receiving Management Committee’s report and statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of Hinterland Blues in the preceding year;

• Receiving the auditor’s report on the books and accounts for the preceding year;

• Appointing the auditor for 2024/25

• Electing Members of the Management Committee;

• Special resolution appointing Catt Bell as a Life Member of the Nambour & Hinterland AFL Club Inc; and

• General business.

Special Resolutions

1. Acceptance of the nomination of Catherine Bell as a Life Member of the Nambour & Australian Hinterland Blues Football Club Inc. as per the proposal by Callum Lee to the Management Committee on 24 June 2024. The proposal was seconded by Trent Carter at that meeting and ultimately, that proposal was wholeheartedly accepted by the management committee. As per Bylaw 1 Life Membership, Catherine Bell’s appointment as a Life Member must be ratified at an Annual General Meeting.

Election of Management Committee

All Committee positions to be vacated and are to be elected.
