The Hinterland Blues AFC are hosting our annual Pong & Pizza Tournament! Who will be our champions?    Get in quick, because there is a strict cut off for this event.  Maximum two people per team (to be allocated on the night).  Each player gets all game drinks and pizza, with the winning team taking home serious bragging rights and a prize! Tickets are $25 if purchased before Saturday, or $30 on the night so get in early! Teams will be allocated at random. The night will be full of pong, music and games as we look to find the 2024 Pong Champions of Hinterland!

In 2020, we were to celebrate the Nambour & Hinterland Australian Football Club Inc's 50 Year Anniversary.  However, due to the pandemic, we were not able to celebrate in true Blues style.  The current Nambour & Hinterland Australian Football Club Inc Executive Committee, together with representatives of our Past Players' Group, invite all past players, supporters, sponsors, committee members and Life Members to join us to celebrate fifty (four) years of the Blues!  At the event, we will name our Team of the Half Century and Teams of the Decade for our men's teams. We will also celebrate our female footy program. The Blues have been trailblazers when it comes to women and girls playing our great game and we will recognise a team of the Decade from our first year of Youth Girls (under 17s) taking the field in 2014, and our women's program kicking off in 2017. Sponsorship opportunities will be available for this event, and tickets will open soon. A Pre-season Session has been organised by Macca! The day will start with a club gym session at approx. 8am (TBC pending numbers) at Vision Performance Training Noosa, before rolling into a Noosa River Cruise. We will head to out to a sand bar where we can cook up a feed and have drinks then return after a 2.5 hour round trip around 1 pm. It will be BYO on the boat for food and bevs. Total price is $36 each for the boat hire and gym. There’s no cap on numbers in the gym in the morning, but the boat is capped at 38 people, so first in, best dressed. Any questions, ask Macca.
