NOTICE OF AGM

Thursday 22 January 2026, 6pm

Location CWA Hall, 11 Main St, Palmwoods.

Business to be conducted: 

• Reading of the Notice concerning the meeting;

• Confirm last AGM minutes (as set out below); 

• Receiving Management Committee’s report and statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of Hinterland Blues in the preceding year;

• Receiving the auditor’s report on the books and accounts for the preceding year;

• Appointing the auditor for 2025/26;

• Electing Members of the Management Committee; and

• General business.

Special Resolutions

The Management Committee do not propose any special resolutions at this AGM.

Election of Management Committee

All Committee positions to be vacated and are to be elected.
